List of Individuals with Quality Scores

It would be nice to have a list of those individuals with Quality Scores, and their rank. (Just as you can find Private Individuals on your tree). Seeing them all in a list and being able to sort by name, location, quality score, etc. would allow a person to work on those specifically that need direct attention. Also, being able to "dismiss" suggestions for improving quality when those suggestions are not available for that time period/location etc.
