Jewish records in Kömlőd
Why are the Jewish records (image group no. 5223277) in Kömlőd inaccessible? Is there any way I can access them online?

Image group 5223277 is not online because the first three items contain deaths and marriages up to 1952 from the Roman Catholic churches in Krásno (Széplak, Nyitra) and Brodzany (Brogyán, Bars), and Slovakia's privacy law is an across-the-board 100 years.
I do not know of any way to access the images online, but at least some of the births have been indexed on FS (as baptisms).

That's such a strange occourance. I can understand different parishes in Budapest being mixed in the same image group but not completely different villages with even religions. Is there any way to solve this issue, like asking FS to split the image group? Or have FS index all the Jewish data? Surely, if the image group exists in some form, it's not much to ask while being very helpful for a number of people.

We've been told for years that yes, they're working on splitting up image groups to make more things available, but I haven't yet seen definite evidence of this.
The filming in Slovakia was mostly done alphabetically by placename.
