Hello @Tammi954,
Translation:
25th of June 1784: M[aria] Franziska, legitimate daughter of the honorable parents Mathias Mayr, innkeeper at Aresing, and Theresia his wife. Godmother: Margarita [Margaretha] Brandmeyr, miller's wife ("inferior"), of the same place.
My comments: The "M." in the child's name is an abbreviation for "Maria".
The Latin word "inferior" in parentheses translates as "lower" or "subordinate" and might indicate that the godmother is the wife of an assistant or subordinate miller, i.e one who works under a miller. Or there may be two mills in this village and one is identified as the upper mill and the other is identified as the lower mill. Then she would be the wife of the miller at the lower mill.
I don't know what the # symbol in the left margin represents.
