Help with Swedish Birth record

If I know the farm/area where they are listed I just go find it and look through the pages. I mostly focus on the birthdate information and then keep glancing at the names.
I haven’t figured out how to do a person search in the riksarkivet.

That makes sense now with what I was reading on the familysearch research wiki.
