Hello @Robin Stromberg,
The first note in the upper right margin is dated 14 Sep 1939. By order of the Bielefeld District Court on 1 Sep 1939 the name of the bride is being corrected from "Anna Maria Altheide" as written in the original marriage record to "Anna Friederika Luise Altheide" and her birth date is being corrected from "12 November 1875" as written in the original record to "1 March 1874". It is signed by a representative of the then-serving civil registrar. Following this is the certification of this marginal note to be in agreement with the Main Register.
The second marginal note states the Wife Wörmann in record no. 564/1897 died on 5 August 1951 in Bielefeld. Death Register no. 1106/1951, Bielefeld Civil Registration Office. This note was added to this marriage record by a representative of the then-serving civil registrar on 6 August 1951. Following this is the certification of this marginal note to be in agreement with the Main Register.

The handwriting in the right-hand margin of the first page reads:
To #564
Bielefeld, 14 September 1939
By order of the District Court in Bielefeld from 1 September 1939 (III 206-39), it is corrected that, instead of "Anna Marie Altheide," the name should correctly be "Anna Friederike Louise Altheide." She was not born on 12 November 1875, but rather on 1 May [might be March, it's a bit blurry] 1874.
The Civil Registrar
[J. F?]
signed [Hießelmann?]
The following stamped information certifies the correctness of the entry above.
The next stamped entry reads:
The married woman Wörmann from 564/1897
died on 5 August 1951 in Bielefeld.
Death register 1106/1951
Civil Registrar Bielefeld
Bielefeld, 6 August 1961
The Civil Registrar
by proxy Hießmann
Then the last stamp certifies the correctness of the entry above it.

Thank you very much.

You're welcome, @Robin Stromberg. It is quite surprising how both the bride's name and birth date were so far off.

They are the name and birthdate of her sister. There were about 8 girls in that family.
