Hello @Dwight Scott,
The next-to-last word in the second line is: Töchterl. = Töchterlein = little daughter. Thus, the deceased child is female.
Her name is probably some form of Charlotta/Charlotte.
She died on 3 Feb 1792 and was buried on 8 Feb 1792. Her age at death was 1 year and 11 months.
She died from "friesel" which is variously defined as: "the purples"; scarlet fever; petechial fever.

Thank you so much. That was my guess. Thank you for the conformation.
Does the record mention parents names? I calculated her birth as about March 1790.
