Need Help Researching Ancestors from Fajardo, Puerto Rico

Hello. I need help researching my father. He was born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico in 1938 and died in Ceiba in 1995. I am looking for information on my father and his parents. I have already searched all of the cemetery info and can't find a single record of any family member's grave even though I have most of their death certificates that state they are buried there. Can someone help who may live locally? Also, is there a way to research newspapers for obituaries? I am sure that there is something since they were a large family.
