Elisha Averett KWJJ-RFH
Elisha had over 100 Memories on the Memories tab in FamilySearch but they are now showing zero memories. I logged in to 2 different browsers (Chrome & Firefox) and they are gone.
The memories DO appear on the Family Tree app.
Can someone tell me how these memories can be restored to Elisha's memory tab in FamilySearch?

The memories are still there, so there's nothing to restore. The only problem is the display of the count of memories. You just have to have the faith to click on "Memories (0)", trusting that you will see memories, and you'll see them all displayed there.
I'll certainly agree that it is confusing and disconcerting to see that "0", but fortunately it's just a problem with the counter that is displayed, not with the actual memories.
This has been reported multiple time. One example is Memories - number says "0", but there are many memories there

Thank you for sharing—yes, we want to help!
This is a known issue; Engineers are currently working on a fix.
I did use the ID number you provided; I saw the "0" in the Memories tab, but when I clicked the tab, I could see the Memories.
Please let me know if you are unable to see any of these memories.
I used Chrome and Safari and could see them—even though the tab still says "0."

This bug has been fixed — the correct number of memories is now shown on the Memories tab.
