Translation Request - 1861 marriage of Jakub Piątek & Marianna Bury
Hello,
Please help me translate the marriage record for Jakub Piątek & Marianna Bury found on Geneteka here: https://www.szukajwarchiwach.gov.pl/en/skan/-/skan/cf472747996672136b7bd9ea321f636a224983bf1b6e686a1c9db5bd9dfad583
It seems to me there are many more words at the bottom than I've seen in other marriage records. I'm especially curious what is being said there.
Thank you!

Translated from Latin:
Marriage Record No. 3, Jawornik Polski Parish, dated the 6th February 1861, of Jacobus (Jakub in Polish) Piątek, House No. 44, a bachelor, 23 years old, Catholic, son of Michael (Michal) Piątek and of Anna, daughter of Valentinus (Walenty) Gołąb, married couple, a farmer, and of a maiden, Marianna Bury, 18 years old, Catholic, daughter of deceased Joannes Bury and Rosalia, born Piątek, who is daughter of Balthasar (Baltazar) Piątek, married couple, farmers. Witnesses: Josephus (Jozef) Piątek, a farmer, and Paulus (Pawel) Zawadzki, a farmer. They cannot write, DS (?) Blotnicki signed. The witnesses signed with a cross, Szymon Warchol and Jan Piątek.
Dispensation due to impediment granted (probably question due to Piątek ancestors being in both groom’s and bridal families), dated the 16th January 1861, No. 127.
The consent of the guardian of the underage Marianna Bury for the marriage union was granted by the District Office of Court in Tyczyn on the 21st August 1860. Three Marriage Banns published.
Written in Polish:
As the father of my underage son, Jakub Piątek, I give permission for his marriage union with Marianna Bury, and I sign with a cross. Michal Piątek, father of the groom. The witnesses as above.
Marriage performed by Blotnicki Carolus.
