Trying to find my biological paternal grandfather’s family.

I have taken 2 DNA tests and both have been brick walls. All I have is his “birth certificate” here. What seems weird to me is he was born under my impression and his, My Papa’s birthday is 9/26/46. His adoption was finalized January 21st, 1948. That would roughly put him age 15 months old. He is deceased and so is My Daddy so I’m the last of the legacy.

To give you some other options, we would need to know the country and state or region that your father and grandfather were born in. As they have both passed it would be acceptable to give their names. We would assume that the birth certificate you have lists his adoptive family? Would like to be able to assist you further.
