Naturalization Records

I am looking for my ancestor's nationalization record. He came from Marseille, France, in 1869-1870, however he was born in Italy. He settled in Logan, Cache, Utah. Census records indicate he was naturalized in 1870. I cannot find any ship records for this family either, however they had a difficult Italian Surname. If there was any documentation for this time period in Logan, in which record collection would I look?
