A) two lines below "Preces" (maybe: police officer Fideri [?])
B) In point #1 - 4th line, first word
C) second column, second-to-last line, last word (which I think carries over to the last line)

Here are some answers to your questions -
A. The line reads Pol. Offz. Fideri, so I would interpret this as police officer.
B. The word is actually a continuation of the line above, so the complete word is disponiblen, meaning available
C. I can't make out the word, but the gist of this paragraph is that there are no official barriers to the emigration of the woman's child. Perhaps it is some sort of legal term?

@sylviaelchinger1 Thanks so much for your help.
Can you tell what the word is after/below Fideri (A.)?

Another mystery! The word starts with "dest" and ends with "fer," but darned if I can figure out the rest of the letters. Maybe someone else in the community can help.
