Before the undersigned civil registrar appeared today, personally known, the laborer Johann Karl August Hoffmann, evangelical religion,, residing in Lauban, Kerzdorfer Strasse 4b, and declared that his wife Henriette Pauline Emilie Hoffmann nee Sauer, evangelical religion, residing with him in Lauban, gave birth in his residence to a stillborn girl on the 6th of May 1900 in the morning at 8 o’clock.
Adjacent 20 printed lines were crossed out and here 5 lines were added in the margin.
