Tagging a Memory to State of Franklin Research T. that has already been tagged on the Shared FS Tree

It allows me to Tag everything except for the very last step where I need to put Elijah CHISOLM CET PiD GYR4-PHC of the individual again. In the Shared Tree his PiD is GP18-FLF.

I tried to show you a screenshot. It is the last step in blue that says "ATTACH TO TREE" It will not accept and instead shows an orange box that says: "We couldn't complete the search. Please double-check the person ID and try again."
