Hi Joellen.
Looks like Peder Tage!
Trolovet: 8. December 1745 in Stokkemarke Sogn.
Married: Dominica 2. post Epiphania [= 17. January 1745].
Peder Matzsøn [= Madsen] Tage & Kirsten Rasmusdatter.

Buried: 8. September 1751 in Stokkemarke Sogn.
Peder Matzsøn Tage in Stokkemarke.
45 years old.
Source (page 83, left mid): https://arkivalieronline.rigsarkivet.dk/da/billedviser?epid=17118784#156854,26297216Probate 16. December 1751 after "Gaardmand" Peder Madsen Thage in Stokkemarke.
Widow: not mentioned by name. [= Kirsten Rasmusdatter]
Daughter: Ane Pedersdatter, 6 years old.
A probate is mentioned from 21. August 1744 after Peder Thages former wife Anne Christensdatter.

The Knuthenborg pdf file has a Peder Hansen Thage 1736-1768 at matrikel 12, Lundegård. [but he is too young]
Source (page 150): https://slaegtsbibliotek.dk/921770.pdfA Peder Thage (1713-1782) is at matrikel 10a, Surholtgård.
Source (page 337): https://slaegtsbibliotek.dk/921770.pdfWife Kirstine Jensdatter 1716-1791 and a son Hans Pedersen Thage (born 1755) who takes over the "gård-fæste" in 1780 from his father, while he is still alive.
This second one seems like the good candidate for being the father of Lisbeth Pedersdatter in 1748 (if she alive after 1751)!0 -
This must be our "Peder Thage/Tage" (1712-1782) as he marries a Kirstine Jensdatter!
Hunseby sogn:
Betrothed: 25. April 1747.
Married: 27. Oktober 1747.
Ladefoged på Knuthenborg: Peder Hansen Tage.
Kirstine Jensdatter i Strandby.
Source (page 110, left top): https://arkivalieronline.rigsarkivet.dk/da/billedviser?epid=23623101#618588,93690024NB: So Lisbeth Pedersdatter must be their oldest child!
Stokkemarke Sogn.
Buried: 13. September 1782.
Peder Tage, ?kirkeværge? [= Church-guardian] in Stockemarke.
Age: 70 years old.
Source (page 251, left): https://arkivalieronline.rigsarkivet.dk/da/billedviser?epid=17118784#156855,26297548Census 1787: Maribo, Lollands Sønder, Stokkemarke Sogn, Stockemarche Bye, , 29, FT-1787, B5696
Hans Pedersen Tage 32 Ugift Hosbonde Bonde og Gaardbeboer
Kirstine Jensdatter 71 Enke(mand) Hans Moder
Rasmus Pedersen 19 Ugift Tienestekarl
Anne Olsdatter 24 Ugift Tienestepige
Zissel Rasmusdatter 14 Ugift Tienestepige
Source: Dansk Demografisk Database.
NB: So when Hans Pedersen Tage takes over the gård-fæste from his parents, they stay with him and his father died in 1782, but his mother is still alive at this census.
There will be no probate from the father nor mother as the "fæste" has already been transferred to the son in 1780 (according to the Knuthenborg pdf-file).0 -
Hans Pedersen Tage is actually born and baptised in 1753:
Dominica 3 post Trinitatis [8. July 1753]: Hans [Pedersen Tage], Peder Tages son in Stockemarke.

Niels,
I'm so confused! Elisabeth Pedersdatter, GDBX-NP1, is a direct line grandmother, so attaching her to the right parents is very important. There must be more Peder Tage's! I attached Peder Matsen Tage and Kirstin Rasmusdatter as her parents (but I'm now having doubts). However, they show a son, Matz Pedersen, L7MD-3GB, christened in Stokkemarke on 28 April 1748. Elisabeth was christened on 31 January 1748. That's a problem! Can you look at her on the family tree at familysearch? She died 18 September 1830, so she should be on her father's probate if it's the right probate.
Thank you for all you are doing to help sort this out!

The Problem is that are two "Peder Tage" and the church book mosly just say "Peder Tage", so we can't be sure who is who.
Lisbeth/Elisabeth Pedersdatter is NOT in the probate of Peder Madsen Tage/Thage, so it is much more likely she is the daughter of Peder Hansen Tage/Thage.
Because →
Matz/Mads Tage and Elisabeth/Lisbeth are baptised the same year. Mads as the oldest boy fits the naming tradition of naming the first son after the paternal grandfather - Peder Madsen Thage. Maybe Madz Tage died young, so that could explain why he doesn't appear in the probate in 1751 for Peder Madsen Thage.
As Peder Hansen Tage won't have a probate it is the only why we can check the hypothesis!1 -
So Matz is the son of Peder Madsen Thage, so Elisabeth/Lisbeth must be the daughter of Peder Hansen Tage (unless there are more Peder Tage in Stokkemarke, but then we probably should have found them by now).
Buried: 6. March 1751 in Stokkemarke Sogn.
Matz, Peder Matzøn Tages son.

Niels, you said:
Hans Pedersen Tage is actually born and baptized in 1753: Dominica 3 post Trinitatis [8. July 1753]:
Hans [Pedersen Tage]
, son of Peder Tages in Stockemarke.
Source (page 58, left top):
That son died in 1755 and another son, Hans was born in 1756. The one born in 1756 is the one listed on the 1787 census with his mother, Kirstine Jensdatter.
