Translation Request - 1860s birth certificate
I suspect this record belongs to Domenico Corso, born to Salvatore Corso and Lucrezia Monteleone. However, this older format is new to me, and the handwriting is particularly bad. Also, I don't speak or read Italian… 😂
I would expect the father's name to appear after the line "Provincia di Girgenti e comprarso", however, that appears to be a name I don't recognize and I can't really make out - Chat GPT thought it was Giuseppe Reina for what that's worth.
However, after the "ed ha dichiarto che lo stesso e nato da" line, the handwriting looks like it says "Lucrezia Monteleone" along with some other words/letters that I can't make out.
Directly below that, I think I can make out Salvatore Corso.
Hoping to get some clarify, and hopefully some ages for Salvatore and Lucrezia, if they are, in fact, on this record. Thanks!
