Starting Person in Group Tree
I am really enjoying the product!
I'd like to be able to change the starting person in the tree to the common ancestor of the family, whether living or deceased. When I go to change the starting person, it assumes that I (the administrator) should be the starting person.
When I click "Change" Starting Person, it prompts me to "Select Me In This Tree." I don't want myself to be the starting person, but rather my grandpa. I can obviously pick my grandfather regardless. But afterwards, it shows my grandpa being associated with a group member when he hasn't really opted into the tree yet. It seems that by changing the starting person, I am telling FamilySearch to change which person I am in the group. Even if that's not true, the prompt to "Select Me In This Tree" is awkward and confusing.
Hopefully that makes sense, I'd be happy to clarify.
