Translation help with Wiesbaden birth record

Please help me by transcribing and translating the attached birth record. It is from a FamilySearch microfilm of Wiesbaden not yet online. I have had several sources attempt a translation, but these have been inconsistent and inconclusive, due to the poor image and handwriting.

Instead of the usual parish birth and baptismal record, this entry contains more details regarding the birth and delivery which apparently came on suddenly and unexpectedly while the mother was traveling between Biebrick and Maintz, It is yet to be determined if the infant lived or was stillborn. The father was Nicolaus Wolff and the mother Maria; child named Christina Barbara.

I do not have the film number, as I have misplaced my film list, but it is from the Wiesbaden parish records which included the year 1750, the year this event occurred.

This record is the last 11 lines on the page. The entry begins with a marginal note Eod.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. i apologize for cross posting, but would like to get another opinion.

Eod. haben Johann Nicolaus Wolff, Bürger und Bendermeister hier, und seine ehel. Haußfrau Anna Maria eine junge Tochter, so den 21sten den diese Frau gesonnen gewesen, des Freytags uff Maintz zu reisen und nach dem sie von Biberich hinauf(?) wollen fahren, ist sie von der Geburts Krankheit bald befallen worden daß sie wieder zurück aussteigen müssen, und ist allda beym Hof-Sattler im Hauß zur entbindung kommen, des Morgens um 7 Uhr, ist darnach den selben Tag hergefahren worden, sambt ihrer neu gebohrenen Tochter welche bey der Taufe genanndt worden Christina Barbara.
Die Gevatterin war Christina Barbara, Johann Friedrich Ritzel Bürger und Bendermstrs hier ehel. Haußfrau.

On the same day [23 August] Nicolaus Wolf, citizen and master cooper here, and his legitimate wife Anna Maria [let baptize] a young daughter who [was born] on the 21th when this woman on Friday was planning to travel to https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/20127026 and after she wanted to go up from https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10166005 , she was soon struck by a childbirth illness so that they had to get out again, and gave birth there at the court saddlemaker's house at 7 o'clock in the morning, after which she was driven here the same day, together with her newly born daughter, who was named Christina Barbara at her baptism.
The godmother was Christina Barbara, the wife of Johann Friedrich Ritzel, citizen and master cooper here.
