Looking for a Translation of a Civil Death Record for Johanna Mandrysz
Hello,
Looking for a Translation for a 1904 Civil Death Record for Johanna Mandrysz nee Jendrzejczik, from Hohenbirken, Ratibor, Silesia (Brzezie, Poland). This record was retrieved from the Katowice Branch Archives in Raciborz, Poland by Dirk Wendland. It comes in two parts. Not sure where she fits in the family.

These are two separate death records, one for a 3-month-old child who died in January 1904 and the other for an 85-year-old woman who died in February 1901.
Translation of the death record from January 1904:
Number 2.
Brzezie, on 3 January 1904.Before the undersigned civil registrar appeared today, personally known, the gardener Jakob Mandrÿsz, residing in Brzezie, and reported that Johanna Mandrysz, 3 months, 10 days old, Catholic religion, residing in Brzezie, daughter of the informant and his wife Johanna, née Jendrzejczik, died in Brzezie in her parents' house on the second of January of the year 1904 at 9:00 am.

Translation of the February 1901 death record:
Number 17.
Brzezie, on 23 February 1901.Before the undersigned civil registrar appeared today, the merchant Joseph Malon, residing in Brzezie, and reported that the free agricultual laborer-widow Marianna Mandera, née Kura, 85 years old, Catholic religion, residing in Brzezie, born in Lohnitz, District Rybnik, formerly married with the at Brzezie deceased free agricultural laborer Seraphin Mandera, daughter of the at Kornowitz deceased cottager Georg Kura and his similarly deceased wife whose name is unknown, died at Brzezie in the residence of the informant on the 22nd of February of the year 1901 at 12:45 am. The informant stated that he was present at the death of Marianna Mandera.
