Translation:

I baptized the child decending from Conrad Dumper and Barbara, a respectable couple in ___dorf, to whom the name Maria Cunegunda was given. The godmother was Maria Cunegunda, the legitimate wife of the honorable John Mühlmichel from the same ___dorf.

I can't fully read the place name; it could be https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10710024 or https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10031076 , but it is not entirely clear to me.

Thank you for translating. I think this might be the baptism record for one of their earlier children. I found their marriage record in 1746 in Altendorf. The only inconsistency is the name of the mother.
