I am assuming the date written in the left margin next to this record is the correct marriage date as the other date has been crossed out.

Translation:

26 November 1742.
Married by me J. W. R. [Johann Wilhelm Rupp] in front of the church are Johann Sauer, unmarried son, miller, in Hirschaid, and Christina Bar(in)?, likewise unmarried daughter in the same place. Witnesses: George Rauhe? of Drügendorf, and Michael Strigel here.

My comments: The officiating cleric's full name comes from the preceding image, right-hand page, about two-thirds of the way down the page where his name is written as: Joanne Wilhelmo Rupp.
