Not syncing in my mobile

I tried the different approach that I search like clearing the cache, sign in sign out, reinstalling the app but it's still the same, the mobile is not updating, the changes that I did in my desktop is not appearing in my mobile, thanks!

Have you refreshed the person? Under the 3 dots at the top right. These instructions are for iOS, but they are the same for Android.

If you make changes on the website, changes appear on the app within a few days. You can force a refresh.
