Occupations in a 1572 Alsace baptism record
2nd to last record on lefthand page. I am not able to find matches to my reading of the three occupations in bold below. Any suggestions? Also, can someone explain why there is a line over the last 'e' in 'letzte' in the date line? Thanks!

Hello @Tom Randolph,
Regarding the third baptismal sponsor:
Nadler = needlemaker; haberdasher (as per Thode).
Also see Wörterbuchnetz for additional definitions of "Nadler".

Jorg Müller is probably Metsied[er], a honey wine boiler
