Algorithm is Confusing Child's Event Dates for Parent's
Theresa Munk (GGPY-SFT) is "Mentioned in the Record of" three of her childrens' birth records and one of their marriage records. Yet the Profile Quality Score has deemed these events hers rather than theirs and identified four "Consistent with Sources" issues stating the source event date does not match her profile event date.
The algorithm needs to distinguish between parent and child on source records.

Take another close look at this. The routine is working just fine. You just have to keep in mind that the Profile Quality Score routine will point out conflicts between a profile and an index but it cannot tell you which one is wrong! Looking at the index for her child's Mary's birth record I see that for some reason Mary's birth date was indexed as both Mary's birth date and her mother's, Theresa's, birthdate. Checking other entries on the page I see that this happened to just Theresa and not every mother on the page so it was a slip up in the original indexing and not a weird post-processing problems that wrecked the entire index,
In this case in order to improve the quality score if you want to, you need to go to the indexed source, click on the View Original Document link, and delete the birth date entered for Theresa (if the editor is working properly and will let you). That should fix the data conflict just fine.
I'll leave the analysis of the other problems up to you.
