I would like to dismiss person blocks that are not relevant

For instance, (1) my tree shows my son - and x-wife. They never had children. Whereas we love her, we need the space on the tree to show his partner who did bear a child. Or show no partner. At list I'd like to hide that block; that's my request.

(2) When I click on the side arrow by my late wife - my children's mother, I want to show her siblings. I'd like it to not show the sibling's spouses, because that's eating up display space, and… some person displayed as a spouse isn't relevant to the extended family genealogy (extended family of my late wife). I just want to show her siblings. Don't automatically bring in sibling's spouses.

Having the tree feature is wonderful.

    @DanielBaker2

    Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you think it is wonderful.

    Regarding the first request you had: to show your son's partner who did have a child, if you go to his person page and choose a preference on the marriage, it should show that partner on the Pedigree instead of the ex-wife.

    Your second suggestion to hide the spouses of your late wife's siblings is not possible at this time. The spouse's information is retrieved from those siblings person's page. If a sibling was married and the marriage is sourced and recorded on the sibling's page, It will appear in the Portrait View.
