Duplicate of the Church Records of Births and Baptism, Confirmations, Proclamations, and Deaths in the Parish Suurhusen, for the year 1844.

The first image is is title page of the church register and reads as follows -

der Kirchen-Protocolle der Geborenen u.
Getauften, Confirmirten, Proclamirten
und Gestorbenen in der Gemeinde
Suurhusen, - für das Jahr 1844
which means - Duplicate of the church records for births and baptisims, confirmations, proclamations [marriages] and deaths in the parish Suurhusen for the year 1844.
The second image reads -
Am Sonntage den 11ten Februar wurde die Ehefrau
des Arbeiters Kornelius Harmannus Jansen Kroese, Namens
Antje Heeren Dirks von Drillingen entbunden. Des
Morgens um halb ein Uhr gebar sie eine Tochter,
um zwei Uhr einen Sohn, und um fünf Uhr eine
Tochter, die aber todt zur Welt kam. Die beiden älte-
sten Kinder wurden am 18ten Februar getauft und
die Tochter wurde genannt Foske Janssen, und der
Sohn wurde genannt Heere Mennen.
which means - on Sunday the 11th of February the wife of the laborer Kornelius Harmannus Jansen Kroese, named Antje Heeren Dirks, delivered triplets. She gave birth to a daughter at 12:30 in the morning, a son at 2 o'clock, and at 5 o'clock a daughter, who was stillborn. Both of the older children were baptized on the 18th of February and the daughter was named Foske Janssen and the son was named Heere Mennen.

Translation for the birth/baptismal record for a set of triplets:
Nos. 2, 3, 4: On Sunday the 11th of February [1844], the wife of the worker Kornelius Harmannus Janssen Kroese, named Antje Heeren Dirks, was delivered of triplets. In the morning at 12:30 am she gave birth to a daughter, at 2:00 am a son, and at 5:00 am a daughter but she was born dead. The two eldest children were baptized on the 18th of February [1844], and the daughter was named Foske Janssen, and the son was named Heere Mennen.
