In regards to this individual: Johann Nicol Voigt: Male, about 1747 – Deceased•GK51-D8Q, there is a birth record with an added parentage. I don't understand the relationship of the father Krannich. Thanks in advance for the help:

The decedent is named Andreas Caspar Voigt.
His biological father is: Johann Nicol Voigt.
His foster father is: Martin Andreas Krannich.
Here is what is written in the third column which has the translated heading "Parents of the Deceased":
Johann Nicol Voigt, freight handler here. His [i.e. Andreas Caspar Voigt's] foster father the late Martin Andreas Krannich, freight handler here. Barbare Margarethe, née Koch here.
The word "Pflegevater" translates as: foster father.
Martin Andreas Krannich is the foster father of the decedent Andreas Caspar Voigt.
