I read the surname rather as Tielcke than Wielcke: cf. with the initial in Wüsthoff in the second to last line. Generally speaking, I would not expect Elisabeth Wohlke and Trine Lische Wielcke to refer to the same person.

Den 17ten July ließ Meister Jochim Tielcke Bürger und Amptl: Bruder eine Tochter tauffen und welche namen Trin Lische, die Gevattern waren, des Vaters Mutter die alte Tielksche, Christian Wüsthoffs Frau und der Kunst-Pfeiffer im Schieß-Hauße Caspar Müller.

Translation:

On the 17th of July Master Jochim Tielcke, citizen and brother in office, had a daughter baptized and named Trin Lische, the godparents were the father's mother the old Tielksche, Christian Wüsthoff's wife and the art-piper in the shooting house Caspar Müller.
