Translation Request - German occupations on record for Germans from Russia

On #2 Friedrich Gottlieb Hoeschele, what is the word for his father's occupation and the meaning of the word after (allhier?)? It is the same as the Hoeschele in the Witness/Godparent section. Hopefully this will assist in connecting the extended family.

The father is a "Kolonist" = settler and "Schmiedemeister" = master smith.

The word "allhier" = here (in this place).
