I am interested in saving and printing my family tree portrait.

The difficulty is it will not save to my system in a readable version, nor will it print the full portrait. I would really appreciate your help. Would like to quilt my portrait for family members.

Go to your Person page

Select "Portrait View"

Then click "Options" (the double slider next to Portrait)

Press/Click PRINT

You can then click on save to PDF.

This doesn't seem to work beyond 3 generations. I opened up a line for 6 generations, toggled the items I wanted to show, and clicked "print" and it only ever just gives me my immediate family up to my great grandparents.

I went to my personal Portrait Pedigree View. I was able to verify the same results you received.

I will submit this to the engineers for review. Please be patient as they work through this. I will respond back when there is an answer from them.
