Hi,
It is record no. 10, which is the first one on the right hand page. The the print and most of the record is in Latin. But there is a remark written across all the columns under the Latin entry and I don't know which language that is written in.
Kind regards1

Hi,
There are some records from Lubcza on this website: https:// skanoteka. genealodzy. pl/There are no birth records from 1860. But there is a marriage record from November 25th, 1885 for a Joannes Kumiega, 25 years old, son of Jacob and Marianna Krol. He married Marianna Bandor (?).
Could he have something to do with your Kumiega family?
I will try to send the link in a new comment.
Kind regards1 -

You're welcome!
Maybe you want to post the document here as a translation request? The lower part of the text might be Polish since the record comes from Poland, and you will certainly get that translated here.
