Translation Request Xaver Stöckl and Catharina Paul Holzkirchen 1809 (Latin)
Ulrich, translated Xaver’s 2nd MR, where it stated that Xaver was a widow. This is Xaver’s first marriage record. I am descended through the 2nd wife. So I don’t need this totally translated…unless you are bored LOL.
But I would certainly appreciate knowing Xaver’s father’s name. Is it Antony? And the mother? Is it Maria Anna? Also any extra info like occupation and village would be much appreciated.

After previous engagement, and three announcements made in the parishes of both spouses, and after the apostolic dispensation concerning the impediment of consanguinity in the second degree of the line of equals had been most graciously obtained beforehand, marriage was contracted before the congregation between the honorable bachelor Xaver Stöckl, legitimate son of Anton Stöckl, farmer in Wallerdorf, parish of Holzheim, and his wife Maria Anna (whose father was Franz Paula, farmer in Sallach parish of Gemsting) and the chaste virgin Crescentia Paula, legitimate daughter of Jos[eph] Paula, farmer in Holzkirchen and his wife Catharina (whose father was Anton Gleimer, farmer in Standheim), both now deceased, by Simon Steinmayr, parish priest in Holzkirchen, and in the presence of the witnesses Anton Stöckl, a widowed farmer in Wallerdorf, and Michael Gasehl, a guest? in Wengen, parish of Gempfing.
