Helper function not working

Why isn't the helper function allowing me to sign in anymore? I still have callings as a ward and a stake temple and family history consultant. I have been unable to log in to help using a person's username and helper number for a couple of weeks now.

No issues with helper function here. You can use the helper function regardless of your calling. You just need to be signed into your FamilySearch account.

Could the person have changed their username or helper number? Are you able to sign-in as helper for others? Can you get in by using their name, dob & helper number?

The way I've done it for three years ins Click on the question Icon > Helper Resources > Right side Planner and access them there.
