Here's the translation -

On the Feast of St. Andreas was baptized in Vogelbach the little son of Michael Schweinle and his wife Anna [Wackstahlerin?] named Michael. Godparents were Andreß [?alch], Jacob Meyer, bailiff, Anna, daughter of Hans Mütterer from Vogelbach, Wilhelm Schlaiter's daughter Catharina from Malspurg [Malsburg].
