For this record (found on image 97), does the actual writing say that Johanne was christened May 31st, not March 26th, as recorded? It looks like there are two dates in that box. Thank you!

A new version of the original record is here: https://arkivalieronline.rigsarkivet.dk/da/billedviser?bsid=535303#535303,90433200

The first date, 31 May, is the date the child was baptized in the church. The second date, 26 March, is the date the child was baptized at home. The word before the second date is "inddøbt", which means "home-baptized", and it is written in many of the entries. See here (you will probably have to put it into Goole translate to get the English): https://ordnet-dk.translate.goog/ods/ordbog?aselect=inded%C3%B8be&query=indd%C3%B8be&_x_tr_sl=da&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en&_x_tr_pto=sc

Also, see "Home Christening" in this article on Nordic Birth and Christening Records in the FamilySearch Wiki: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Nordic_Birth_and_Christening_Records
