Waxhälla Stigtomta G[årde]n Pig[a] Johanna Andersdotter | abs[olverad] in Stigtomta

So, Waxhälla (or Vaxhälla in modern spelling) is the gård in Stigtomta community where the maid Johanna Andersdotter is living/serving.

absolverad means that she was absolved after the illegitimate birth.
