Translation Request: Worms Death Record(s?)
Hi! I would like a translation for death record(s?) from Worms for Johann Nicolaus Brag. A summary of the important details would be much appreciated.
I’m not sure why there are two? Is one a burial record? The first record is “No. 36”, the second is “No. 4”.
Thank you so much for your time and help.

There are two records because #36 is the actual death record from the city of Worms, where Brag died, and the second #4 is from the town of Neuhausen where he was born. The second, #4, is simply a copy of the original record from Worms, and notes in the margin that 55 words and 4 numbers have been crossed out of the printed form.
The handwriting is rather difficult, but here's as much as I can make out of #36. It's rather dense with info!
#36 In the year 1865 on 11 February, I Heinrich Brück, mayor and civil employee of the city of Worms, was given written notification by police commissioner of Worms Anton Franz Nehr of the city police [a couple words I can't read], which I was to enter in to the register in paragraph form, that yesterday evening between 8 and 9 o'clock, the clothed body of the railroad watchman Johann Nicolaus Brag, born in Neuhausen on 5 April 1807, widower from his first marriage to the deceased Anna Maria Klitsch, who was born in Worms, and husband in his second marriage to Catharina nee Scherer, son of Anton Brag, who while living was a [Mauth?] employee and who died in [Ensheim?] and his wife Magdalena nee Judas who died in Nieder-Wiesen, was found in the district of Worms [near?] Rohrbache in the waterless Altbach not far from the Bavarian border, a few hundred steps from the railroad hut #1. The undertaken investigation [autopsy?] showed that Brag's death took place no more than 24 hours before his body was found. The correctness of the transcript and the crossing out of 41 printed words is approved.

@sylviaelchinger1 Thank you so much!! I really appreciate being able to know what the records say and why there are two... Curious about the investigation, but I suppose those records might not be accessible now... Anyway, thanks again for your help and time!
