What do you think this says?
I have my opinions about what it says for the husband's, father's, mother's and informant's name but I can't find a gravestone, census or news article for this lady.

For the most part, I agree with the transcriptions as provided by the website at the top of the document. The mother's maiden name could be off by a letter, but the transcription appears accurate as to what is written. But, that doesn't mean that what is written is accurate - that's another story.
Have you done much searching for the husband, William Summers? His death and burial may lead you to more information about hers.Edit update: There is a William Summers in that Cemetery with data that may identify him as the correct person. Only your research can verify this: https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/10310296/william-summers

Wow. I totally misread the husband's name. Thanks! Also, have you ever heard of the name Secriatia? I have an aunt Lucretia Manwaring who married a man named George Washington Sprague. She looks like she might be one of my family. Thanks again

My pleasure.
I have never seen the name Secriatia as a given name. I was thinking "Hmm, that must be Lucretia" when I read it before you even replied.
Given the informant is Union Trust Co, definitely a bit of latitude must be given as to accuracy. Death certificates can be way off. I do believe you have the correct names for that couple if the rest of your research bears it out.

Just found the 1910 census and Emeline's middle initial is M (probably Manwaring). Thanks for the jump start. You know how you can look at something so long you get stuck.

Great! and yes, I do.
I have found a death notice for Emeline - very hard to read, but it is her - do you have access to genealogybank ?
Here is a share link to the death notice: https://www.genealogybank.com/nbshare/AC01151127164123240911718300077
Also, here they are in 1900 - this will help verify that cemetery listing for William and help locate their marriage.

UPDATE: This is their marriage - see the 5th entry on the page: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:939V-KZ94-N8?i=388&cc=1810350&cat=215939
