How Do I Post a JPG to Get Transcription and Translation Help?

I have transcribed much of an Acte de Mariage document, but some important words are missing and I need help. I do not have a URL; I only have a JPG taken by a colleague in Germany (thanks to Napoleon, it's in French). How can I share that document? Do I need to figure out what <iframe /> means? Is there a link someone can send me that instructs me? I think something has changed since the last time I requested help on this wonderful site.

@Gary Knecht Adding images in the Community is broken right now. There is a work around to it that is described in this post:
