Help to translate a record
This record is throwing me off because where I would normally be looking for the names of the mom and the dad, it has some other information and a bunch of surnames = Pommerenke and I am just a little confused about what it all means. I think it is a death record for Oskar Pommerenke, age 30 years old in 1915 and I think the mom is Maria Pommerenke but I can't tell who the dad is and why there are so many other surnames in this record. I am so grateful for any guidance on what is happening in this record. Thank you so much for your help!
I am trying to find where I can attach an image and it looks like they took that option away; if this link doesn't work, let me know and I will find another way to share the image.

@kellerkatielorraine1 The option to attach an image has been broken for a couple of months. Supposedly, they are working to bring it back, but I haven't seen any update in quite some time.
