"Missing" 1921 Auswanderung Karte for Albert Talg

I found two Hamburg passenger lists showing my grandfather, Albert Herman Wilhelm Talg, traveling between Hamburg and Kristiania, Norway. The first trip was on, 31 Dec 1921, film #8908077, image 422 0f 437; the second trip was on, 16 Sept 1922, film #8209939, image 178 0f 506.

I then looked for the Auswanderung Karte to go with each of these trips, but only found one for the 1922 trip, on film #8900765, image 1176 of 5222. I searched the Direct Index 1920 M-Z, film #8261808 and the Direct Index 1921 Sievers-Wilhelm Tripf, film #8900756 but found nothing on either one. Is it possible since this voyage was on the last day of the year that it could be listed elsewhere; if that is the case, where would it be found? I would appreciate any ideas on where else to look for this card, or an explanation of why there isn't one. I figured a card would have been filled out for each voyage.
