Im Jahre Christi achtzehnhundert ein und vierzig den dreisigsten Januarius des Mittags zwölf Uhr gebahr Emerentia Traudin des Nikolaus (a) Bürgers und Taglöhners dahier und seiner ehelischen Hausfrau Sabina geborene Schneiderin unverheurathete Tochter (b) eine Tochter welche den ein und dreisigsten desselben Monats getauft wurde und dabei [die Namen] Gertrud Theresia erhielt.
Gevatterin war Theresia Traud Schwester der Mutter des Kindes, welche dieses Protokoll nebst der Amme Maria Eva und dem Geistlichen, der die Taufe verrichtet, unterschrieben hat.

Translation:

In the year of Christ 1841 on 30th of January at twelve o'clock noon Emerentia Traud, unmarried daughter of Nikolaus (a) citizen and day laborer here and his wife Sabina née Schneider, gave birth to a daughter (b) who was baptized on the 31st of the same month and given the name Gertrud Theresia.
The godmother was Theresia Traud, sister of the child's mother, who signed this record together with the nurse Maria Eva and the clergyman who performed the baptism.
