Permission Problem adding a .jpg file

Hello Moderators,

I would like to ask for help in translating a couple of words from a document but every time I try to drop the file into the discussion I get an error message "Permission Problem". There doesn't seem to be any other way to upload a file?

I'm sorry to say the Community is having troubles uploading images right now. See this announcement:

You can still add a URL of the file you would like others to view.

Thanks for the update. I'm unable to upload to Memories atm, as I do not have permission from the person who gave it to me yet.

It is possible to email to someone who could help translate these two words?
