You have the wrong birth record for the groom, as the father doesn't match either (it should be Francesco). He was actually born in February 1865 (so technically he would be in his 21st year). The mother's surname is Pulice.

Rosario Perri, 38 years, farm laborer declared the female baby was born of Rosa Montemurri [I did some digging and this appears to be her surname], aged 40 years, stated the baby was born 5-Feb of the current year
They declared the baby was given the name Teresa
to the right the baby was baptized 6-Feb in Parish Church San Giovanni
