John Gallo stated in his naturalization that he was born in Mangusz Falu, Hungary on 26 April 1885. He arrived in New York 15 July 1903.

Can you help me find where this place Mangusz Falu is?

Menguszfalu or Menguszfalva was a small village in Szepes county. Other names for it included Mengsdorf and Mengusovce; it's now Mengusovce, Slovakia. The 1902 gazetteer says it had 386, predominantly Slovak-speaking residents.
The Roman Catholic and Lutheran churches were in Batiszfalu (or Batizfalu); so was the civil registry office. That's now Batizovce, Slovakia.

Found his arrival. There's a Galló János entered in the Lutheran register in Batizfalu who is said to have been born on April 26, 1885 in Menguszfalu.
