Hi, I am reviewing a baptism record, and wanted to know what this specific part was saying:
https://www.ancestry.com/mediaui-viewer/collection/1030/tree/71451667/person/312578006284/media/051481f0-03e8-418d-b4da-7637d1c1b66a?_phsrc=vOP4793&usePUBJs=true&galleryindex=1&albums=pg&showGalleryAlbums=true&tab=0&pid=312578006284&sort=-created
I recognize almost all of the names, just not sure what the context for Louise Schlatke, Paul Ruth, Ernst Kungel, Otto Weissbrodt, and Bernhard Weissbrodt?

Hello @RHass,
They are all "Taufpathen" = baptismal sponsors/godparents:
Miss Louise Schlafke; Paul Ruth, master shoemaker; Mr. Ernst Küngel/Künzel, glover; absent: Otto Weissbrot, joiner, Bernhard Weissbrot, barber? [hard to read], both in America.
