Reads: On 12 October at 10 in the evening was born to Konrad Gräb, weaver in Queck by his wife Anna Margrethe nee ?Jerjeth from ?..ber, a son, the 10th child, the 5th son, who was baptised on 20th October when he received the name Konrad.The godfather was Konrad Schäfer, son of the farmer Adam Schäfer of Queck. See Anna Margretha Herget (PID: G6VV-FDF) in FamilySearch Family Tree. There are two sources attached to this record. In one source Anna Margretha's maiden surname is recorded as Herget. In the other source her maiden surname is recorded as Hergert.
In the record you posted, I read her surname as: Herjett.
I read the place as: Iber. There are two places in Germany called "Iber" — neither is particularly close to Queck:

What is written after the three cross symbols is: Handzeichen des Gevatter = mark [in lieu of signature] of the baptismal sponsor [because he couldn't sign his name].
