Before the undersigned civil registrar appeared today for the purpose of marriage:
(1) the military driver machinist Max Woldemar Oeser, recognized by presentation of his military pay book, Evangelical religion, born 10 July 1897 at Dresden, residing in Dresden, Blumenstrasse 92, son of the beer brewer Max Albin Oeser and his wife Berta Pauline, née Neumann, residing in Dresden.
(2) Anna Frida Sommer, without occupation, personally known, Evangelical religion, born 2 March 1896 at Lauban, residing in Lauban, Naumburgerstrasse 35, daughter of the workshop worker Hermann Sommer and his wife Pauline, née Sauer, residing in Lauban.

(3) the workshop worker Hermann Sommer, personally known, 49 years old, residing in Lauban, Naumburgerstrasse 35.
(4) the domestic servant Robert Baumgart, personally known, 45 years old, residing in Lauban, Moltkestrasse 2.
The registrar asked the betrothed individually and one after the other the question: whether they want to marry each other. The betrothed answered this question in the affirmative and the registrar responded that by virtue of the civil code they are now legally married spouses.
