German Translation for Conrad Unckel in Marburg Sippenbuch
Conrad Unckel GR73-QRK, Film # 008248011, Image 227, Family #34677
Child #9 is Conrad Unckel, Christened 11 April 1626. We can't figure out what it says after his name. The date given is before he was born. Are they talking about him? What does it say please? We were hoping it gave his death date. What is the 1611 date referring to? What does an d. Pest mean?
Thanks for your help!

get (crossed out) = 11.4.1626: I would say some typo was crossed out and 11 Apr 1626 was his baptismal date.
"an d. Pest" = (died) from the plague

Hello @jeaniespeck,
Here is how I would read the entry for no. 9, Conrad Unkel, and the line following (which are two separate and unrelated lines).
9. Conrad, baptized 11 April 1626; was a baptismal sponsor in 1666 [which would indicate he was still alive in 1666].
Then the next line is distinct from no. 9 and refers back to the children numbered 2, 3, and 4, of Eberhard Unkel:
One of the children, no. 2 [Catharina], no. 3 [unnamed daughter born in 1608], or no. 4 [Anna] died of the pestilence/plague on 9 October 1611.
Comment: If Conrad Unkel's baptismal date here is before your Conrad's birth date, then this is not "your" Conrad Unkel.
