GEDCOM never uploaded
I tried uploading a GEDCOM file but it appears something went wrong and it has never uploaded (I waited more than a day). The file is pretty small so it shouldn't take that long. On the CET page, it has a spot for the uploaded tree with the message "[name] file is uploading. It will continue to upload even if you leave this page. Return to or refresh this page to see the updated status." Normally, I would assume the GEDCOM file had not uploaded correctly so I would delete the tree and start over. However, since I can't access the tree details page, I can't delete the file. This means I am hesitant to try uploading it again. What can I do to solve this problem?

Beth, We're looking into this. When an upload fails an error message is usually sent to the frontend user interface to let the user know. Something must not have worked right and engineering is looking into it.
